1. I added the screenshot to demonstrate how I set up the filter. Is there a problem with the setup? If and then, tin y'all please point information technology out?
2. The link that you provided for updating the settings is for Win8, while I am running Win10. Should I have installed something on the PC in society to grab updated settings on the website? Isn't this process automatic?

1. Incorrect Family Safe settings.

2. Spider web filtering is not setup correctly.

Remove and try to re-add together the site in the cake list and check.

Are yous using Cyberspace Explorer? Family Condom is only guaranteed on IE, no other browsers. We are having the same problem.
