How To Draw A Baby Alligator Head

Delight Intermission the "How to Draw an Alligator" video after each step to describe at your own pace.

For the kickoff few steps, don't press downwardly too hard with your pencil. Use light, smooth strokes to begin.

Draw Alligator 1

Step 1: Draw 2 circles every bit guides for the alligator's torso. The circles don't take to be perfect. They're just guides. Pay attending to the placement of the circles. The ane at the bottom should be a little bigger. Alligators have a wider/broader snout than crocodiles. The difference is easier to see when looking downward at the reptiles from in a higher place.

Draw Alligator 4

Footstep 4: Draw a series of curved lines that connect the major shapes to form the alligator's body. A couple of lines in front form the neck, and a pair in the back make upward the torso.

Draw Alligator 5

Step 5: Describe three angled lines under the alligator's body as a guide for the legs. Alligators are depression to the ground, so draw the lines short. Bend them to signal where the joints will be. The hind leg on the other side will exist blocked by the trunk, so only draw the guide on this side.
